Jonathan is the Co-Founder, President, and CEO of BreakPoint Marketing, a strategic consultancy built on decades of hands-on experience scaling consumer brands and driving measurable business growth.
Jonathan’s journey includes taking a CPG brand from concept to a $400 million acquisition, giving him a rare, end-to-end perspective on brand building—from idea to exit. He’s led growth for multiple companies across the sports and consumer packaged goods industries, navigating both breakout success stories and the kinds of hard-earned lessons that only come from real-world leadership.
With a deep understanding of how to connect products with people, Jonathan has launched and scaled brands that win in the market—combining strategy, storytelling, and execution. His experience spans brand development, demand generation, retail strategy, and partnership marketing.
At BreakPoint Marketing, he now helps companies clarify their value, scale their presence, and drive toward meaningful outcomes—whether that means revenue, reach, or readiness for acquisition.

For over 18 years, she has prioritized her role as a full-time mom to four children while simultaneously building and scaling businesses with purpose and precision.
Julie spent nearly a decade establishing herself as one of the region’s top-performing Mary Kay Consultants, earning multiple recognitions for sales excellence and team development. Her success in the beauty and CPG industries includes driving revenue growth for category-leading brands, building high-performing sales teams, and consistently exceeding performance benchmarks—all while managing the demands of a thriving household.
